Refunds & Exchanges

  • Change of Mind or Unsuitability: Returns are not accepted if you change your mind or find the item unsuitable.

  • Faulty Products: Refunds are provided only for faulty products when Notes Joddies does not have a suitable replacement available. Refunds are at the discretion of Notes Joddies.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.

Exchange Policy

  • Condition Requirements: Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, no marks), with all labels attached.

  • Return Timeline: Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

  • Cleanliness: Items must be free from pet hair, fake tan, makeup, stains, and odours (including smoke, cosmetics, perfume, deodorant, washing powder, etc.).

Important Conditions

  • Form Submission: No returns or exchanges can be processed without a completed and submitted returns form.

  • Sale Items: Returns or exchanges are NOT available for sale items, so please select carefully.

Inspection Process

  • Dirty or Soiled Returns: Our Returns Team thoroughly inspects all items. If an item is returned in a dirty or unsellable state, you will be contacted via email with photo evidence, the garment will NOT be exchanged OR refunded and you will be liable to pay for shipping to have it returned to you.

  • No Exceptions: This policy is enforced without exceptions.
